A little about me, and my guitar learning history.

I am not a professional guitar player, I have been learning guitar on my own with home study courses, both online and using learn guitar dvds. After spending quite a bit of time on a variety of websites trying to find free guitar lessons I decided it was probably time I consider buying something that could speed up my learning process.

There are a lot of websites that offer free guitar lessons, and learn guitar information. How ever I believe they’re all missing one thing, structure. What do I mean by structure? Well if you’ve spent anytime surfing around looking for answers to learn guitar questions you’ve probably noticed there is no shortage of guitar lesson information. How ever, there is a shortage of lesson plans, such as lesson 1, then do lesson 2, and so on. It’s tough for a beginner to piece it all together.

There are a couple of things I believe about information that is available on the Internet.

1.)You get what you pay for
2.)Anyone can publish anything they want for free

I guess this holds true of myself as well, I can pretty much say what ever I want and it’s up to you to decide whether what I say is true or not. That is why I wanted to lay out the facts of learn to play guitar products, and online guitar lessons. I’ve bought a lot of the products available, which you’ll see from my blog (I post each time I get a new product). Also I’ve subscribed to many of the online guitar lesson membership websites.

Why do I do this?

I think it’s important that you can read a first hand review of what’s out there, from someone going through the same things as you are, learning to play the guitar. So as I already said, stay a while browse around my site, I hope you’ll find some information that helps you progress your guitar playing ability.

By the way, if you have any comments about what you read on my site, or a question about a particular type of guitar lesson feel free to send me a message. You can contact me here. Remember, I’m not a guitar instructor, so if it’s a technical question I might be able to help but can’t promise anything.
